Yoga for Women | January 2011 Start 2011 out with something POSITIVE FOR YOU! Continuing on Wednesday evenings, Stacie Nardizzi is offering “Yoga for Women” here in Nahant! The Winter Session focuses on the foundational poses of yoga with a gentle, but spirited pace. Great class for beginners, athletes/runners wanting to supplement their training, as well as seasoned yogini's who simply want a change-of-pace class. Yoga is an ideal practice for increasing your inner strength, flexibility and balance. This is the perfect class to help you reduce stress and learn the tools for relaxation. It is also excellent for all sports injury prevention. Winter Classes starting January 19th thru April 27th. Wednesday's 7:00 - 8:00 PM. $196 for registered session. (no class April 20th) 4 person minimum (registered session) to hold session. drop-ins welcome. $17 drop in fee per class. *FRIDAY 8:30-9:30 AM CLASS FORMING. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
